1 bunch of asparagus washed and trimmed
2 small to medium yellow squash cut in half then in quarters lengthwise
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 Tbs. olive oil
Herbs de Provence
Fresh ground black pepper
1) With both veggies rinsed and cut to size, lay them in a shallow baking dish and set aside.
2) In a small bowl whisk together garlic, oil and herbs. Pour over asparagus and squash. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3) Cook on pre heated grill, turning after 5 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes more. Drizzle veggies with olive oil right before serving.
