I cannot take the credit for this yummy treat. I found the recipe on the side of a Triscut® box. This warm and comforting dip is sure to please any crowd.
- Box of Triscut Parmesan Garlic Thin Crisps
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
Directions: Put approximately 30 crackers in a resealable plastic bag or food processor and crush; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic. Cook 8 min. or until peppers are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream. Serve with additional crackers, celery and carrot sticks.
