Radish Dip

I discovered this recipe shortly after joining a CSA. My weekly share was abundant in radishes and I needed a way to use them up that was more exciting than sliced in salads. This dip is great with pumpernickel pretzels

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4-6 radishes, quartered
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2Tbs. fresh chives

Directions: Place garlic in the container of a food processor, and pulse until finely minced. Add radishes, and mince. Add cream cheese, and mix until well blended. Transfer to a serving dish, and chill until serving.
