New Year’s Ribs

These sweet and savory ribs are super easy to make and mighty delicious. Dump all the ingredients into the crock pot and sit back and relax.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs pork spareribs
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
1/4 cup Plum Sauce
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz Balsamic Vinegar Ketchup
1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Season the pork with some salt and pepper. Broil for 5 minutes then flip and broil the other side for 5 minutes more. Remove from the broiler and place spareribs in the crockpot.

Combine minced ginger, plum sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup and cranberry sauce. Pour sauce over ribs, being sure to coat all of the meat. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours or until the spareribs are tender.
