After a trip to Parlee Farms in Tyngsboro NH, my kitchen counter was teeming with blueberries, peaches and plums. Sure I could have baked peach muffins, made blueberry pancakes, and sent the kid to school with a plum every day for snack. But then I wouldn’t get to enjoy the flavors of summer in the middle of a February snowstorm.
